PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire prediction ephemeris capable of reliable positioning while suppressing the volume of data.SOLUTION: In an information processing device 2 of a GPS positioning system, a traveling information creation unit 51 sets, by designation from a user, geographical scheduled geography information scheduled for GPS positioning and temporal scheduled time information scheduled for GPS positioning that corresponds to the scheduled geography information. A communication control unit 53 controls a communication unit 21-2 so as to acquire a prediction ephemeris that is scheduled orbit information on a plurality of satellites. A satellite number specification processing unit 52 specifies, on the basis of the set scheduled geography information and scheduled time information among the orbit information on the plurality of satellites, a use prediction ephemeris that is a use orbit information usable for GPS positioning. The communication control unit 53 also controls the communication unit 21-2 so that the specified use orbit information is outputted. A list terminal 1 performs GPS positioning on the basis of the use orbit information.
