To provide a product being a grain decorative sheet and board wherein the surface of veneer is coated with a fluoroplastic film, having a grain surface near to or corresponding to a conventional wood surface due to oil finish, and the feel near to the feel of an oil finish surface of natural wood can be obtained.

A grain decorative sheet 1 coated with fluoroplastic is obtained by integrally lamainating a fluoroplastic film 2 composed of fluoroplastic (e.g. PVDF) with an m.p. of 220°C or lower and subjected to matte processing to the veneer surface of a veneer laminated sheet 4 (veneer laminated board) through an adhesive material 3. The adhesive material 3 to be used is selected from a modified polyolefin resin adhesive, a urethane resin adhesive, a urethane modified acrylic resin adhesive, a urethane modified vinyl resin adhesive and an acryl modified resin adhesive.
