To obtain an excellent laminate strength by forming a thin film deposited layer made of an inorganic oxide on a plastic base material, and extrusion laminating a filmy molten polyethylene activated on one side surface on the surface of the activated deposited layer so as to be opposed to the deposited layer.
A thin film deposited layer made of an inorganic oxide is formed on a plastic base material. This surface is activated by a corona treating or the like. Then, it is melted in an extruder, and laminated with a polyethylene extruded from a T-die. An ozone gas is sprayed to a laminated sided of the melted polyethylene film between an air gap from the T-die to the laminate, and an oxide layer is formed on a surface of the polyethylene film. And, the activated polyethylene surface is extruded to be opposed to the deposited layer, and the deposited layer and the polyethylene and extrusion laminated. Thus, the laminate having a rigid laminate strength can be formed without using an anchor coating agent.
