To provide a chicken waste-containing fertilizer capable of curbing both scorching in a production step and generation of decay.SOLUTION: A production method of a granular fertilizer includes a step of, after kneading a semi-dried matter of one or more raw materials selected from a group consisting of Okara (soy pulp), tofu slurry and vegetable residue, a high molecular compound and chicken waste, molding the mix into a granular shape, where a moisture content of the semi-dried matter is 12 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
