Abstract:
To double productivity in granulating an agglomerate in comparison to a conventional granulation method using a pelletizer when granulating the agglomerate.SOLUTION: A granulation method of an agglomerate puts a raw material with a grain diameter adjusted to 10 mm or less into a rolling motion to form an agglomerate. In the granulation method of an agglomerate, grains with a diameter of 0.5-6.7 mm are isolated from a raw material as seed particles, and when putting the remaining raw material from which the seed particles are isolated into a rolling motion inside a granulator, granulation is carried out while the isolated seed particles are thrown over the remaining raw material inside the granulator so that a ratio is 3-13 wt.% with regard to the remaining raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
