To eliminate the local viscosity increase or hardening of a conductive paste due to the constant contact of its surface with air because in most cases, a gravure roll is soaked in the conductive paste stored in a tank in order to supply it to the roll when a conductive paste film is formed by gravure printing, in manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic component, for example, and prevent a consequent burnout, short-circuit or structural defects from occurring in the obtained component, and also save the trouble to dispose of the paste in the tank after the end of gravure printing.
The method solves the described trouble by installing a paste supply part 32 which rocks in the width direction at a upstream position from a doctor blade 31 and supplying the conductive paste 30 toward the peripheral surface of the gravure roll 24 from the past supply part 32.
