Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening facility for the surface of a water barrier sheet, capable of always supplying water to a greening basement on a slope part by use of a simple facility and thus easily preventing vegetation such as grass from dying.
SOLUTION: A greening facility is for greening the surface of a face-of-slope water barrier sheet 18 laid on a slope part 11, by supplying water to a greening base 16 deposited and held on the surface. A water barrier sheet 13 is laid on a flat part 12 formed in succession with and above the slope part 11, and embankment 14 is constructed on the flat part 12 to form a reservoir 15. A water conveying material 17 made of a nonwovem fabric or the like, which connects the inside of the reservoir 15 to the greening basement 16 on the slope part 11, is arranged on the part of the bottom surface of the embankment 14 which goes along the water barrier sheet 13. Floating materials 21 comprising water plants and mat members or the like are floatingly installed inside the reservoir 15 in such a way as to cover the surface of the water retained.
