Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a flexible part and rigid part to be selected in accordance with user's preference by molding integrally a flexible resin part and rigid resin part.
SOLUTION: The grip main body 1 is composed of rigid resin 2 and flexible resin 3, and the rigid resin 2 and flexible resin 3 are fused partially. The rigid resin 2 and flexible resin 3 are available to be different in its rigidity with the same kind of resin, or to be different in its rigidity with a different kind of resin. By taking partial fusion into consideration, however, use of the same kind of resin being different in its rigidity can expect good productivity. In this manner, a selection of the flexible part and rigid part can be done to use in accordance with user' preference.
