Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a given groove on an inner surface of a cylindrical element in a manner that it can be used permanently.
SOLUTION: This groove processing device is composed of a guide member 1 inserted and mounted in a cylinder element C, having a flat guide face 1a along an axis line direction of the cylinder element C; a slide member 5 having an inclined copying guide face 5b on the upper face of the tip side, while it is mounted on the flat guide face 1a of the guide member 1 movably in the cylinder element C axis line direction with external force operations; front and rear copying rollers 6 which rotate on the inclined copying guide face 5b of the slide member 5; a processing roller 2 which being arranged between the front/rear copying rollers 6 and rotates a rolling tip end 2a opposed to the cylinder element C inner surface; holding members 7 for connecting the processing roller 2 and the front/rear copying rollers 6 respectively via axes 3, 8; and an operating rod 4 whose tip end part is connected with the holding member 7 via an axis 9 so as to extend a base end operation part thereof to outside of the cylinder element C.
