Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine blanking apparatus or a system which enables production of a punching product being free of burr, bent angles and dripping and improved in shear plane length through a single blanking operation to a to-be-processed material having a thicker and/or larger cut area.SOLUTION: A fine blanking apparatus provided with a groove structure includes a punch 10, a mother die module 14 provided with a first die cavity 14a which can cause the punch to approach the inside and a plate pressing-down module 12 provided with a second die cavity 12a which can cause the punch to approach the inside. In the mother die module and/or the plate pressing-down module, one or more groove structures 7 are formed on the contact side of a to-be-processed material 8 of the mother die module so as to surround the first die cavity and/or on the contact side of the to-be-processed material of the plate pressing-down module so as to surround the second die cavity.
