Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a tightening tool so as to be usable manually and by mounting on a small power type tool, e.g. a small electrically-driven driver or drill and facilitate a series operation comprising a crimping method requiring no strong force, a disadvantage of conventional tools, drawing out of tightening screws and restoration of a to-be-driven axle to the base point.SOLUTION: Utilizing basic capabilities of screws, 1. one of the combination of a male screw and a female screw is on the driving side, and the other is on the to-be-driven side; 2. when an over-tightened state of a bolt and a nut is released by rotating only one side, co-rotation of screws occurs, and the co-rotation due to the over-tightening state, so far an avoided phenomenon, is used as a transmission element for rotational power to draw out a tightening screw 3 from a blind nut 1; and 3. the tightening screw is restored to the base point by restricting the rotation of a tightening screw by a stopper 8 and a protrusion 9.
