Abstract:
To provide a grounding determining device which detects abnormalities caused by the grounding fault of a current sensor.
It is determined whether a current detection value I1ad generated by the current sensor 101 is abnormal, when it is determined to be abnormal; and it is determined whether an abnormality detection flag Fab is turned on at a second determination period T2, which is longer than a first determination period T1, at which the abnormality detection flag Fab is turned on; and when it is determined that the abnormality detection flag is turned for a prescribed number of times, abnormality definition processing for turning on an abnormality flag Fd is performed.
