Abstract:
To achieve burden reduction and the improvement of work efficiency at a counter.SOLUTION: An electronic booking machine 20 issues a guidance number card with a guidance number printed (s2) when an input about a transaction is received (s1), and registers slip data obtained by digitizing input contents of a slip item, brought object data obtained by digitizing input contents of a brought object, and the guidance number in a transaction management device 10 while associating them with one another (s3). The transaction management device 10 specifies a processing job on the basis of the slip data and the brought object data (s4), and determines a guidance order of a customer to a plurality of processing devices about a plurality of processing jobs (s5). The transaction management device 10 controls a guidance output by using the determined guidance order and a free state of each processing device (s6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
