Abstract:

To provide an image having good discrimination with a quick development process by concurrently using one kind of reducing agent for developing silver and kind of reducing agent for forming a color image as a reducing agent.

Photosensitive halogenated silver, a binder, a coupler and a reducing agent are provided on carrier, and one kind of reducing agent for developing silver and one kind of reducing agent for forming a color image are concurrently used as the reducing agent. The reducing agent for developing silver is made of one kind of compound expressed by a formula I or II, where R1-R4 indicate a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, cyano group or the like, and R5 indicates an alkyl group, aryl group or the like. One kind of reducing agent for forming the color image is one of the compounds expressed by formulas III-V, where R11-R14 indicate a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or the like, R15 indicates a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, aryl group or heterocyclic group, R16 indicates a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, and R17 and R18 indicate a hydrogen atom or the substitutional group.
