Abstract:
To provide a hand towel made of a compound type nonwoven fabric composed of wood pulp and a synthetic fiber, a hand towel which can materialize all features in which the towel has good water absorption, soft feeling, and non-stiff surface, in which the towel can be properly taken out piece by piece by a pulldown-type dispenser, and in which the towel is easy to crease by an inter-folder and multi-folder processor, with processing suitability excelling.SOLUTION: In a compound type nonwoven fabric hand towel, a pulp fiber web is laminated on a synthetic fiber and integrated. Basis weight of the pulp fiber portion is 30.0 g/m2 or more and 66.0 g/m2 or less. A difference of thickness between 3.7 KPa measurement and 50 KPa measurement is 50 μm or more and 160 μm or less. A dynamic friction coefficient for which the synthetic fiber surfaces are rubbed together in a withdrawal direction is 0.40 or more and 1.08 or less. A basis weight ratio of a pulp fiber/a synthetic fiber is 90/10 or more and 70/30 or less. The foregoing are characteristics of the hand towel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
