Abstract:
PURPOSE: To utilize handrails in the whole oscillation range of a basket installation body, and prevent prohibition of displacement of a basket to the basket installation body by the handrails by forming the handrails to be capable of displacement in accordance with interval change between the basket installation body and the basket.
CONSTITUTION: A basket 4 is connected to the uppermost unit 3a of a ladder by a step device 70 comprising a link device, and handrails 60 are connected to the inner side of the unit ladder 3a on the uppermost layer throughplural rollers 61 in such a way that their length is disposed along length of the ladder, and that they can be displaced linearly along the length of the ladder. A ring rod 62 is connected to the other end side of the handrails 60 to be relatively rotatable about a center of a parallel axis to a second shaft 12. As an inclination angle of the ladder is increased, therefore, a distance between atip of the ladder and an upper part of a back surface of the basket 4 is increased, but because the handrails 60 are displaced in a protruding direction from the ladder, a person is capable of transferring from the ladder to the basket 4 using the handrails 60 any time.
