Abstract:
To make it possible to easily perform visual recognition of a printed image irrespective of a color of a printed medium.SOLUTION: A printer 1 comprises a color determination part 40, a color comparison part 62, an image changing part 63, and a printing part 20. The color determination part 40 determines a color of a printed medium. The color comparison part 62 compares the color of the printed medium determined by the color determination part 40 with a color of a boundary between an image of a printing object and a non-printing part, and determines whether the color of the printed medium and the color of the boundary are coincident with each other or not. When it is determined by the color comparison part 62 that the color of the printed medium and the color of the boundary are coincident with each other, the image changing part 63 changes the image of the printing object. The printing part 20 prints the image of the printing object changed by the image changing part 63 onto the printed medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
