Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the versatility of a hanging jig for hanging and supporting a body frame of a motor-bicycle on a hanger of an overhead conveyor.
SOLUTION: To hang and support a body frame F of a motor-bicycle on a supporting arm 54 of a hanger of an overhead conveyor, a dummy frame DFr is mounted on the body frame F. The dummy frame DFr has a center member 14 joined the body frame F via a pin 18 and a pair of right and left side members 26 joined to the body frame F via a pin 3. The angle and longitudinal position and crosswise distance of the side members 26 to the center member 14 are adjustable at random. The longitudinal ad vertical positions of a supporting portion 54-1 which is provided on the supporting arm 54 of the hanger and engaged with a hanging member 16 of the dummy frame DFr is adjustable at random.
