PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the harmony for environment by injection-molding a head cap of a ground anchor by ABS resin having weatherproof grade and forming a collar part into a flat boxlike body of which lower face is opened to cover a support pressure plate.
SOLUTION: A head cap 18 consisting of a main body part 20 and a collar part 21 is injection-molded by ABS resin having weatherproof grade. The collar 21 is formed into a flat boxlike body of which a lower face is opened by an upper floor plate 23 and a side wall plate 24 which is suspended from its outer fringe and is large enough for covering a support pressure plate 16 of a ground anchor from above completely. Next, a reinforcing rib 25 in the shape of a triangular piece is provided radially in a joint part of the main body 20 and the upper floor plate 23, and a reinforcing rib 27 in the shape of a triangular piece in which a bottom side is connected with an outward piece part provided in a lower end of the side wall plate 24 is provided across an adequate interval on outer periphery of the side wall plate 24. When it is used, the cap 18 is tightened and fixed on the support plate 16 by tightening a bolt to protect a thread ridge of a tendon grip 13. At this time, since the support pressure plate 16 is stored in the collar 21 completely, it is possible to prevent its exposure to the outside and make its color the same color as a light weight pressure receive plate 19 by coloring it by using weatherproof paint because it is made of ABS resin.
