Abstract:
To improve operability to improve usability of a head-mounted display device.SOLUTION: An HMD 100 comprises: an image display unit 20 that displays a display image in a display area so that a user can visually recognize the display image together with exterior scenery; a display control unit 153 that controls the image display unit 20 to display a pointer 301 indicating an indication position in a display area 310; and a six-axis sensor 235 and detection control unit 151 that detect operations. The display control unit 153 switches between a first operation mode for moving the position of the pointer 301 corresponding to the exterior scenery according to the operations detected by the six-axis sensor 235 and detection control unit 151, and a second operation mode for moving the position of the pointer 301 in a mode different from the movement corresponding to the exterior scenery according to the operations detected by the six-axis sensor 235 and detection control unit 151.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
