At this time, the shoes are used as the normal ones when the sole pressurizing members 52a and 52b are removed from the shoe bottom 36. The shoes are also used as the health one when the sole pressurizing members 52a and 52b are fitted on the shoe bottom 36 in a state where the flat part 48 and the upper surface of the shoe bottom 36 are on almost the same surface.
