To provide a shoe outsole and its production with an inexpensive production cost, by which an expensive production equipment is unnecessary and also a part showing slip resistance property is easily and efficiently formed without a position deviation.

In this case, the shoe outsole A is constituted of an outsole main body where an opening part is formed at the part where slip resistance property is required, a slip resistance body 2 which is independently constituted of the outsole main body 1 and also is almost the same shape as that of the opening part so as to be contained inside the opening part and a backing member 3 which is formed to be the same contour shape as that of the outsole main body 1 and also surface-adhered to the outsole main body 1 and the slip resistance body 2 which is contained in the opening part of the main body 1.
