Abstract:
To provide a heat conductive spacer in which a desired thickness can be obtained, and that has high heat conductivity in a thickness direction and excellent mechanical strength.
A heat conductive spacer 11 is molded with pressure so as to cause a cut-off piece 12 of a plurality of pieces of sheet-shaped pyrolytic graphite to be planner, an upper surface 13 and a lower surface 14 of the heat conductive spacer 11 are connected to each other through the cut-off piece 12 of a-b axis of at least one graphite crystal.
