Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger which can improve the pressure-resistance of an inner fin.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: an external capsule body 1 formed with an inlet and an outlet, and having a pair of opposing walls 111, 151; and an inner fin 2 formed with a recess 25 and a protrusion 26. The inner fin 2 is accommodated in the external capsule body 1 while joining its recessed bottom face and a protrusive apex face to a pair of the opposing walls 111, 151, and on the other hand, a heat-exchange medium flowing in from the inlet flows out of the outlet after passing an inner fin installation part in the external capsule body. The external capsule body 1 is constituted of an external capsule laminate material L1 in which a resin-made thermal fusion layer 52 is formed at an internal peripheral side of a metal-made heat transfer layer 51. The inner fin 2 is constituted of an inner core laminate material L2 in which thermal fusion layers 62 are formed at both face sides of a metal-made heat transfer layer 61. In the heat transfer layer 61 of the inner core laminated material L2, Vickers hardness is 40HV to 200HV, and elongation is 5% to 40%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
