Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger capable of flowing a refrigerant evenly into a plurality of flat tubes.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a pair of header pipes connected to both end parts of a flat tube respectively. In the case where the heat exchanger functions as an evaporator, at least one or more first refrigerant pipelines from which a refrigerant flows out, and a plurality of second refrigerant pipelines in which the refrigerant flows are provided at the header pipe. In the header pipe to which the plurality of second refrigerant pipelines is connected, a refrigerant flow dividing section is provided constituted by a plurality of refrigerant inflow spaces in which the refrigerant flows from the plurality of second refrigerant pipelines, a refrigerant outflow space provided between the plurality of refrigerant inflow spaces, and a plurality of partition plates for partitioning the plurality of refrigerant inflow spaces and the refrigerant outflow space. The refrigerant flows out to the flat tube from the refrigerant outflow space, and at the partition plate, a communication hole is provided for communicating the refrigerant outflow space with the refrigerant inflow space above the refrigerant outflow space and the refrigerant inflow space below the refrigerant outflow space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
