Abstract:

To mitigate the problem of the water repelling with time of a heat exchanger and a refrigerating cycle unit using the same through suppressing the water repelling with time of the surface of aluminum fins for the heat exchanger, wherein the surface of the aluminum fins is provided with hydrophilic coating film and the aluminum fins are used in the evaporator of the heat exchanger.

The heat exchanger is produced, wherein the aluminum fins whose surface is provided with hydrophilic coating film are used in the evaporator. In this heat exchanger, the hydrophilic coating film contains an alkali metal salt and/or an ammonium salt. The refrigerating cycle unit using this heat exchanger is produced.
