Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchanger tube for LNG vaporizer, which has an excellent anti-correction effect.
CONSTITUTION: A panel 3 (heat exchanger tube) for LNG vaporizer is constituted in such a manner that LNG flows inside, and sea water is fed on the outer surface, and the sea water and LNG heat-exchange, and the LNG vaporizes by the heat-exchange. Then, on the surface of the panel 3, a coating of an aluminum alloy, which contains 1.5-3.5wt.% of Zn and one kind or two or more kinds of metals out of 0.015-0.200wt.% of (In), 0.010-0.200wt.% of Sn, 0.002-0.020wt.% of Hg, 0.100-0.500wt.% of Ga and 0.100-5.000wt.% of Cd, is formed.
