Title:
HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000146461
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent fluid flowing in a heat transfer pipe from being locally and excessively overheated by allowing first and second heat transfer pipe groups to be close or adhere each other for equipping a lattice-shaped heat transfer pipe unit being provided in a lattice shape in a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a heat reception target liquid inside the heat transfer pipe and heat-supply-side gas outside the heat transfer pipe being used for hot-water supply equipment for home and business use.

The upper surface of heat-transfer-pipe group 1 being formed by providing a plurality of heat transfer pipes in parallel one another is used as a boundary surface, and a heat-transfer-pipe group 2 being formed by providing a plurality of the heat transfer pipes in parallel one another is provided on the boundary surface for bringing into contact at a contact part, thus forming a lattice-shaped unit 4. Then, the heat-transfer-pipe group 1 is equipped with headers 21a and 21b for supplying and discharging fluid 11, and at the same time the heat-transfer-pipe group 2 is equipped with headers 22a and 22b for supplying and discharging fluid 12, thus suppressing local overheating, improving heat transfer efficiency, and preventing resident liquid from being overheated even when a plurality of heat reception target liquids are used.
