Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically control the heat inflow when the disturbance or the like is not generated, and to prevent the disturbance by changing the control quantity with the operation by an operator when the disturbance or the like is generated.
CONSTITUTION: A main control quantity computing unit 60 obtains the main control quantity Eo on the basis of the condition inputted from a condition setting unit 7 and the intervention control quantity H outputted from an intervention control quantity output unit 61. A corrective control quantity computing unit 57 obtains the corrective control quantity ΔE by computing. From the line start to the rated speed, the power P according to the main control quantity Eo is fed from an inverter 2 to a heating coil 1, and after the line achieves the rated speed, the power P according to the control quantity E (=Eo+ΔE), which is obtained by adding the corrective control quantity ΔE to the main control quantity Eo, is fed to the heating coil 1. The intervention control quantity H is outputted at a value according to the switching operation when intervention control quantity increasing and decreasing switches 62U, 62D are pressed, and it is not outputted when the switches 62U, 62D are not pressed.
