To provide a heat insulating panel for reconciling reduction in heat conductivity and reduction in the deterioration with the lapse of time of the heat conductivity, and superior even in dimensional stability, and also to provide a refrigerator for saving energy by reducing a heat leakage quantity.
A water repellent processing film 6 is applied to a surface of a cabinet wall in a wall of an outer box and/or an inner box of the refrigerator and a surface of a vacuum heat insulating panel 5 and the heat insulating panel 7 used for a heat insulating body to reconcile reduction in the heat conductivity and reduction in the deterioration with the lapse of time of the heat conductivity, and the heat insulating panel superior even in dimensional stability is obtained. The energy is saved on by reducing the heat leakage quantity, and the refrigerator superior in an external appearance quality is obtained.
