To realize the improvement of a heat pump apparatus suitable for the application of drying for further energy saving, and the judgement of the completion of proper drying operation.
There is provided a heat pump apparatus adapted such that a refrigerant circulates in the order of a compressor, a radiator, an expansion mechanism, and an evaporator. Drying air heated through the radiator is guided to an object to be dried, and the drying air robbing water from the object to be dried is cooled and dehumidified in the evaporator, and is then heated again through the radiator for its reuse as the drying air. Further, there are heat exchanged a refrigerant existent between a refrigerant outlet of the radiator and a refrigerant outlet of the expansion mechanism and a refrigerant existent between a refrigerant outlet of the evaporator and a refrigerant inlet of the compressor.
