The cover has a section 5 for housing the heat storage cold material sheet in the inside, the length of the heat storage cold material sheet is formed shorter than the length of the section so as to be movable within the section, and handles 11 for moving the heat storage cold material sheet inside the section are provided on both end parts of the heat storage cold material sheet. The handles are respectively pulled out to the outer side through an opening provided on the cover, and the heat storage cold material sheet is made movable in the longitudinal direction within the section by the handles.
