Abstract:
To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film roll that hardly generates wrinkles on a surface layer, wrinkles on a roll core, and wrinkles on an end surface over time even when stored for a long period of time, and hardly causes defects at the time of print processing.SOLUTION: There is provided a film roll that satisfies following requirements (1) to (4), (1) an effective winding length is 3000 m or more and 30000 m or less, (2) an average hardness of an outermost surface layer of the film roll is in a range of 500 or more and 700 or less, (3) a variation in hardness of the outermost surface layer of the film roll is 10% or more and 20% or less, (4) a rate R% of increase of the average hardness after unwinding the film roll from the outermost surface layer in units of 500 m satisfies a formula 1 within a range of the outermost surface layer to a winding length 1000 m from the outermost surface layer, satisfies a formula 2 within a range of a winding length 1000 m from the outermost surface layer to a winding length 1000 m from a roll core, and satisfies a formula 3 within a range of the roll core to a winding length 1000 m from the roll core, formula 1: -6.0%≤R%<0%, formula 2: -2.0%≤R%<2.0%, and formula 3: 0%
