Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace capable of improving production efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace 10 comprises a heating chamber 11 and a cooling chamber 12 along a furnace length direction so as to heat and cool a workpiece under an atmospheric gas, in which the cooling chamber 12 is provided with two coolers 20A, 20B in parallel in a furnace length direction, the coolers 20A, 20B are provided with: fans 21A, 21B; suction ducts 22A, 22B sucking an atmospheric gas in the coolers 20A, 20B; and jet ducts 23A, 23B jetting the atmospheric gas, and, in the adjoining two coolers 20A, 20B, the positional relation between the suction duct 22A and the jet duct 23A in one cooler 20A and the positional relation between the suction duct 22B and the jet duct 23B in the other cooler 20B are made line symmetry in a furnace length direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
