Abstract:

PURPOSE: To contrive to improve heating speed by providing the preheating process where gasified and specified heating medium is caused to be in contact with high molecular material and is condensed thereon, and the heating process where high molecular material having the (rtanδ) value raised by preheating is directly heated by microwave irradiation.

CONSTITUTION: The gaseous heating medium 9 which is pressure transferred from a pressure transferring device 11 is brown in the same direction as the running direction of high molecular material 2 through a blowing nozzle 10. When the gaseous heating medium 9a is caused to be in contact with the high molecular material 2, it is condensed and becomes heating medium 9b. Said heating medium adhers to the high molecular material 2 and raises its temperature, giving its condensation heat to said high molecular material. Though the heating medium is heated by absorbing microwave, the value (rtanδ) of said medium 9 is selected more large than that of high molecular material at low temperature, whereby said medium absorbs the microwave effectively therein and is heated quickly. When the high molecular material 2 is preheated and the value (rtanδ) thereof is fully heightened, it absorbs directly microwave and is heated to the temperature of heat treating operation at high speed, and further simultaneously, the condensed heating medium 9 is removed by evaporation. Thus, the heating process is finished.
