Abstract:

To provide a heating conveying device that can uniformly heat while controlling welding of a raw material for molding.

A heating conveying device 20 includes: a drum 21 from which a resin particulate is introduced internally; a heater 24 that heats the inside of the drum 21; an agitation conveying means 40 to convey the resin pellet and the fiber from one end side to the other end side of the direction of the axis line set to the drum 21, while stirring the resin pellet and the fiber set in the drum 21. The agitation conveying means 40 includes: an axial direction rib 42 that maintains the resin pellets and the fibers in a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of the drum 21 and rotates the resin pellets and the fibers around the axis line; and an inclined plate 43 that receives the resin pellets and the fibers from the axial direction rib 42 and conveys them.
