Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating oven to be miniaturized by reducing maintenance space.
SOLUTION: A heating oven for effecting temperature control of a channel system includes an oven body 2 having a heating means for heating the channel system, and also includes an oven cover 3 detachable from the oven body 2. The oven body 2 is supported so as to be movable with respect to a first retention part (retention shaft 12) installed in a fixed part (mounting stand 4) different from the heating oven 1, and the channel system is retained by a second retention part with respect to a second retention part. With this constitution, the oven body 2 is movable with respect to the channel system such as a valve 20, a pipe 22 and the like. The oven body 2 is moved in a direction away from the channel system to create a space where a tool 4 is placed. This achieves miniaturization by negating the need for maintenance space.
