Abstract:
To improve heating efficiency and heating balance in high-frequency surface heating.SOLUTION: A high frequency surface heating electrode structure 3 includes a negative electrode portion 31 and a positive electrode portion 32. The negative electrode portion 31 includes a metal plate 311 and a plurality of parallel metal ridges 312 provided at predetermined intervals in a first direction on one main surface of the metal plate 311 and extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The positive electrode portion 32 extends parallel to the second direction at an intermediate position between the adjacent ridges 312, and is supported at a height position equal to the height of the ridges 312 in each row of the metal ridges 321.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
