Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor nanoparticle that is a high harmonic generation material that generates a short wavelength different from incident light and can be easily thinned.SOLUTION: The high harmonic generation material is a semiconductor nanoparticle composed of a metal halide perovskite compound, and is a compound represented by a general formula: RxMyXz [in the formula, R represents a same or different monovalent cation. M represents a same or different cation of typical element. X represents a same or different halide ion. x represents 0.8 to 1.2. y represents 0.8 to 1.2. z represents 2.8 to 3.2.]. A thin film can be obtained by applying the semiconductor nanoparticle to a substrate and can be applied to analysis of a minute space, a minute light source, and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
