Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition providing a cement cured material developing required strength at initial age and having extremely high strength, having a sufficient pot time, enabling rapid and efficient operation, by blending a cement substance with fine powder, a high-performance water reducing agent, a setting adjuster and a specific amount of an Al-containing hardening accelerating substance.

CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. powder consisting of (A) 60W95pts.wt. cement substance having 10W20μ average particle diameter and (B) 40W5pts.wt. ultrafine powder (e.g. silica dust) having an average particle diameter smaller than that of the component A by one or more figures is blended with (C) ≤10pts.wt. high-performance water reducing agent such as naphthalenesulfonate, (C) <10pts. wt. Al-containing hardening accelerating substance such as calcium aluminate (solid solution), (E) ≤10wt.% based on 100pts.wt. sum of the components A+B+C of a setting adjuster such as boric acid (salt) and optionally (F) an aggregate having ≥6 Mohs hardness or ≥700kgf/mm2 Knoop indenter hardness and the blend is kneaded with 13W35pts.wt. water.
