CONSTITUTION:Learning means 7 estimates and learns user's operating contents from environmental conditions in and out of a room to be obtained from sensor means 1, a feature amount in the room to be obtained from two-dimensional picture information in the room to be output from picture input means 3 and user's intention information to be obtained from operating means 5. Thus, an air conditioning operation to match the environment of the room, a life scene in the room, a personal favorite, time and season can be automatically and easily executed.
