Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure suitable for a U-shaped radiant tube.
SOLUTION: A through hole 3b and a stepped surface 3c are formed on a gas burner mounting member 3 mounted at a part where it is mounted, for example, a furnace wall. Half pieces 2a and 2b so arranged to let an upright tube 1a of a radiant tube 1 piece a notch 2c are clamped by a bolt 6a and an integrated support member 2 is fixed on a mount plate 3 by a bolt 6b. A keeper member 4 is placed on flange parts 1c and 1b so as to be fitted into the through hole 3b and flanges 5c and 5b of a burner body 5 to be pressed from above are mounted on a mount plate 3 by a stud 3e. A gasket is inserted between both surfaces of the flange parts 1c and 1b and joint surfaces thereof to seal.
