Abstract:
To provide a hole formation method for a ceramic member capable of forming a hole without performing treatment using a liquid.SOLUTION: A hole formation method is a method for forming a hole in a ceramic member obtainable by molding ceramic raw material and performing sintering under ordinary pressure, in which a hole formation member 1 having a linear expansion coefficient higher than that of ceramic raw material is buried in the ceramic raw material and is molded to produce a green body 10, and thereafter, the buried hole formation member 1 is cooled to a temperature lower than the ordinary temperature, and the cooled hole formation member 1 is pulled out to form a hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
