Abstract:
To provide a hollow nanoparticle of a head-tail type copolymer, PAMAM dendron-poly-L-lysine that is stable in water, and to provide its production method.
The hollow nanoparticle is composed of vesicles of a head-tail type block copolymer having a head part of polyamidoaminedendron and a tail part of poly-L-lysine, has the poly-L-lysine bridged, and is stable in water.
