Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly assemble a bumper rubber with high accuracy, and suppress occurred of loosening due to deterioration with the lapse of time.
SOLUTION: A bumper rubber 8 consists of a fender connected to each end of a radiator core at a front end part of a vehicle arranged in a vehicle width direction, an openable/closable engine hood whose base end is hinge/connected at the specified position of a vehicle body, and a cylindrical elastic body which is screwed into a threaded hole formed in an upper surface of the radiator core and positioned at the closed position of the engine hood. A screw groove 9 to be screwed in the threaded hole is formed in an outer circumference, and a head part 8T which is projected from the upper surface of the radiator core and attachable/detachable to/from the engine hood is provided, and a stopper 12 to regulate the rotation in the screw-in direction is formed in the position at which the head part 8T is projected to the prescribed height from the upper surface of the radiator core.
