Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly advance a pipe body by circularly drilling multiple lubricant guide holes on the outer periphery of a sewer pipe or the like buried by the jacking method, and injecting a lubricant between the ground and a pipe body to reduce friction at the time of an advance.
CONSTITUTION: A sewer pipe 3 made of a concrete pipe member is pushed and advanced by a hydraulic jack 4 or the like installed in a vertical shaft 1, and the sewer pipes 3 are connected and buried in sequence. Multiple lubricant guide holes 7 are circularly drilled on the outer peripheries of the sewer pipe 3 and a joint pipe body 6, and check valves are provided on the guide holes 7. When the sewer pipe 3 is advanced into the ground, a lubricant is injected to the outer face of the sewer pipe 3 from the guide holes 7 with a quantitative pump or the like to reduce the friction force between the sewer pipe 3 and the ground. The advance can be made smoothly and efficiently.
