Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hose having flexibility by reducing the rigidity of a high or low pressure hose having at least two or more reinforcing layers while holding the strength of the reinforcing layers and the durability of the hose.
CONSTITUTION: A hose is constituted of an inner surface layer 11 constituted of a rubbery elastic material, an outer surface layer 12 composed of a rubber material, two reinforcing layers 15a, 15b composed of fiber yarn or steel wire between the inner and outer surface layers 11, 12 and the intermediate rubber layer 14 having a two-layered structure interposed between the reinforcing layers 15a, 15b. The intermediate rubber layer 14 having the two-layered structure is constituted by laminating two intermediate rubber sheets 14a, 14b and a release agent is applied to the opposed surfaces of the intermediate rubber sheets 14a, 14b by a brush so as not to closely bond both sheets mutually.
