PURPOSE: To enable a hose to be wound in good order and at uniform height by moving right and left an engagement body coupled to a hose guide body along a rotating shaft via a belt, when a reel body is made to rotate in a winding direction on the operation of a handle at the time of winding the hose.

CONSTITUTION: When a handle 15 is turned to cause the rotation of a reel body 3 in a winding direction for winding a hose H, a rotating shaft 16 begins to rotate via a belt 20 extended between a pulley 14 at one end of the reel body 3 and another pulley 19 at one end of the shaft 16. As a result, an engagement body 18 to be coupled to the cross thread groove 16a of the shaft 16 is made to reciprocate right and left along a winding direction. Then, a hose guide body 7 is caused to reciprocate right and left along a support rail 5 and a support cylinder 6, due to the shift of the engagement body 18. The hose H held at the hose retaining port 7a of the hose guide body 7 is thereby wound around the reel body 3 in good order and approximately at uniform height, while being guided in the axial direction of the body 3.
