The host computer for executing transfer processing is provided with a receiving part for receiving transfer request information, a transaction judgment part for judging whether deposit processing to a transfer destination account is reserved or not on the basis of the contents of the transfer request information, a temporary storage part for storing account information concerned with a temporary reserve account which can execute temporary deposit/payment processing, and a transfer control part for executing the deposit processing to the transfer destination account when the transaction judgment part judges the suspension of the deposit processing to the transfer destination account.
