PURPOSE: To enable a draining operation at a remote plate and enable secure draining without leaving water undrained by controlling the openings of a mixing valve for mixing hot water with cold water, a stop valve for controlling tapping and stopping of mixed water and a draining cock through operating a draining operating part at a remote operating part.
CONSTITUTION: Stop cocks 10, 12 for a hot water-supplying pipe 11 and a feed water pipe 13 are closed, a draining cock 25 is opened, and then a draining operating part 27 of a remote operating part 28 are operated to send signals from a controller 26. According to the signals, a mixing valve 17 is operated to have the same valve opening on the hot water side and on the cold water side, and a stop valve 21 with a switching function is operated to periodically connect upper and lower tapping ports, namely, the tapping ports of a shower 22 and a bathtub 24 for supplying hot water into a bathtub 25, in that order, and the secondary sides of the stop valves 10, 12 to the draining valve 25, thereby draining a hot water-cold water mixer. After the operation is repeated several times, the stop valve 21 is controlled to a stopping position, thereby completing a series of draining operations.
